We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email and your answers to the sign-up questions.
• Grading requests: your email, the file you upload and the details you give us.
• Founding members: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your email and payment status, never your card details.
• Site usage: anonymous page views and button clicks, a random visitor ID stored in your browser, the referring page and your country. We use no third-party trackers or advertising cookies.

How we use it

To run the waitlist, grade your backtests, email you your report and product updates, process refunds and understand which parts of the site are useful. You can unsubscribe from any email.

How long we keep it

Uploaded files are deleted after 30 days. Waitlist and account data are kept until you ask us to delete them. Email you send us is kept for up to 12 months.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run Edgekiln: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and email) and Stripe (payments). We may use an AI model provider to help analyze backtests and draft replies; they process data on our behalf and may not use it to train their models.

Email support@edgekiln.com to see, correct or delete your data, and we’ll do it within 30 days.
